Hey there, I'm your resident fitness fiend and a devoted momma to three little whirlwinds of energy! Fitness isn't just my job; it's my life force, my mojo, my cup of steaming morning coffee! It's what I turn to when the going gets tough, and it's what I celebrate with when life is sailing smoothly.

My fitness adventure kick-started in sunny San Diego, where I discovered my passion for inspiring others to harness the power of fitness. Fast forward a few years and I found myself back in Massachusetts, juggling diapers, school lunches and bedtime stories.

Amidst this whirlwind, I nurtured a dream and turned a tiny studio into NV Fitness, a haven where everyone embarks on their unique fitness journey.
